Leo has been studying yoga since 1999, exploring the facets of Krishnamacharya’s tradition, including Iyengar, Ashtanga, Viniyoga and Vinyasa Krama.

He has studied with Pattabhi Jois and Sharath Rangaswamy in Mysore, at Desikachar’s KYM in Chennai, and with numerous Western teachers in these lineages. He has studied with leading UK based teachers, Hamish Hendry and Paul Harvey.

He continues to study with contemporary master teachers such as Richard Freeman, Angela Farmer, Victor Van Kooten and Peter Hersnack.

Leo is one of a handful of teachers worldwide certified by Srivatsa Ramaswami to teach Vinyasa Krama. He continues to study and teach Vinyasa Krama under his guidance.
