One to one classes are the traditional method of learning yoga, giving you in-depth teaching tailored to your needs. You practice in your own time at home and take one to one sessions as often as you like. It is the perfect way to make a serious yoga practice part of a busy lifestyle.
In one to one sessions you learn a personalized series of yoga postures and breathing exercises. You become independent in your practice, taking your yoga with you wherever you go. Private classes are a way to develop a practice that suits you. Whether this is a simple ten minutes that you do before work or a more in-depth practice that varies through the week - I give you a practice that meets your needs. You work at your edge, getting the most out from what you put in.
If you are new to Vinyasa Krama or a beginner in yoga, we can meet regularly to begin with, until you are established in your practice. As you become more confident, you can check in less frequently to refine and expand your practice.
