What to Bring

You need very little to practice yoga. Just a space big enough to spread your arms and a sense of curiosity.

Yoga is practised barefoot. Please wear comfortable clothing that is loose or stretchy, so you are free to move.

To begin with you can practice without a yoga mat, but this is one accessory you will need once you get going.

Yoga is practised on an empty stomach. Please leave an hour or two after eating a heavy meal, and a half-hour after drinking fluids.
