Classes involve fun and challenging exercises to invigorate body and mind, relaxation to give deep rest, and meditation to develop peace and clarity. Students return to their classes revitalised, calmer and with improved concentration.
Doing yoga during the early years of life supports the body and mind to develop to their full capacity. Regular practice gives students good fitness, self-confidence, improved concentration and relief from the stress of work pressure.
The programmes usually consist of weekly classes of between 30 and 60 minutes, held in your gym or hall. Yoga can be practised with very little equipment. All that is required are some mats and enough space for everyone to swing their arms.
