Who can do yoga?
Everyone can do yoga. Whatever your age, level of fitness and yoga experience, you begin where you are, gradually coaxing your body to open to the flow of life.
Where can we do it?
Classes are held at your office. Meeting rooms, communal areas, gyms or large offices are ideal, but any clear space can be used. Shower facilities are not required.
When can we have classes?
Sessions can be anytime of day or evening. Programs can be regular, in short series, or one-off. A weekly class is a great way to start.
What do we need?
Wear any comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement. We can deliver a set of brand new yoga mats to your premises.
